• Only the amount displayed during checkout will be charged.
• The payment method is selected on the payment page. Please carefully check the information shown there before completing your purchase.

The promotional price applies only during the promotional period shown on this website and may be limited by time or quantity.

5. Delivery and tracking

• Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days from receipt of the order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Within 12 hours of completing your order, you will receive a tracking link by email.
• Shipping is free for the customer; no additional shipping charges apply.
• Delivery is made to the address provided in the order form. Please check it carefully before submitting.
• Delays caused by the delivery company, force majeure or an incomplete address are beyond our control. If your shipment does not arrive within the stated period, please contact hallo@praxis-nordlicht.de.

6. Withdrawal, returns and warranty

Consumers have statutory rights. Full details of withdrawal, returns and warranty must be provided on the payment page or during checkout. Statutory exceptions may apply to unsealed goods for health or hygiene reasons.
